The Foundation enjoys legal personality and independent financial disclosure.
The Foundation is practicing research and cultural activities in Scientific and civilization natural history, especially in Yemen Scientific and civilization natural history. Activities of the Foundation is non- profit.

NOAH Foundation, believes that, in spite world is multicultural, multi- heritage and civilizations, still in this era is only one village, we must unify research efforts, exchanging information and results to build a clear –up history and human heritage without missing rings and buried eras. Close cooperation will build humanity magnificent and beautiful history and legacy.

Objectives:

We are endeavoring to achieve set of goals :
1- To Participate in clarifying cultural and historical legacies for Yemen civilization.
2- To revise previous researches and studies regarding Yemen Historical Civilization Published by Yemen and other International centers to provide them in their Correct form in cooperation with competent authorities in Republic of Yemen as Well as Research centers and stakeholders.
3- To participate in writing Yemen History in a documentary integrated form Clarifying historical and natural events to elucidate ingredients of bygone era of Times and their impacts on the neighborhood in cooperation with research Centers and stakeholders concerned.
4- To execute independent studies regarding Yemen Civilization and its human Legacies to infer their similarities and differences and impacts on other Civilizations and vice versa.
5- To participate effectively in Conferences, forms, regional international and Local symposiums concerning Civilization heritage and human legacy .
6- Training and qualifying Yemeni university students to participate in achieving The foundation prospected objective.
